Our brief was for a ceremony that was intimate, warm and romantic. But wait – there was more – we also wanted one that would incorporate and honour elements of our cultural backgrounds – Australian and Italian (Bride) and Scottish (Groom) and one that would embrace the natural beauty of the stunning property of our dear family friends who shared their beautiful home with us to celebrate our wedding. Angela was up for the challenge and delivered above and beyond – on all fronts – with professionalism, curiosity, patience, collaboration, respect, warmth and importantly a lot of heart. We could not have asked for more. When we requested the addition of a Quaich ceremony – a Scottish ceremonial tradition –- Angela was on to it straight away - researched and officiated it perfectly. With her warmth and good humour – she enjoyed many a laugh and banter with the Bridal Party - especially about how to pronounce “Quaich” and how much whisky to pour into the Quaich. Angela was a rock throughout the whole process - guiding us and our bridal party through each stage step by step – always patient and reassuring – putting everyone at ease. She even prepared a ‘love story’ for us which beautifully and eloquently captured our story as a couple.
